In 1985, Mr. Simone played the role of a nobody walking the streets telling people about Jesus in the video Im Just A Nobody. The song I'm Just A Nobody is a real popular hit by the gospel artist THe William Brothers. From that point forward Mr. Richard Simone became known as Mr. Nobody.
In 1988, Mr. Simone opened a gospel music store named Mr.Nobody's Music in Ripley, Mississippi. Mr. Simone retired from Malaco Records in 1992. He and his wife, Margaret Simone, began to increase the variety of music from gospel only to gospel and blues. By 1996 Mr.Nobody's Music Store sold every type of music possible and there God-daughter, Tameka had joined the team. Mr.Nobody's Music store now stocks thousands of slections and has customers all over America.
